These Terms & Conditions govern your use of ExamsNim, including the public website, student account, mock tests, previous-year papers, result review, subscription plans, downloads, support tools, and NimAI learning features. ExamsNim is operated by Kavagie Smarttech PVT. LTD.. By using ExamsNim, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who can use ExamsNim

Students, parents or guardians, schools, coaching institutes, and authorised users may use ExamsNim for lawful education and exam-preparation purposes. If you are a minor, you should use the service with consent and guidance from a parent, guardian, school, or institution as applicable.

2. Account responsibility

• You must provide accurate registration, contact, class, board, exam, and preparation details.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You must not share paid access, impersonate another student, or use another person's account.
• You must promptly inform us at support@examsnim.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. Education purpose and no rank guarantee

ExamsNim provides study support, practice tools, AI explanations, result insights, official-link guidance, and preparation workflows. We do not guarantee selection, rank, marks, admission, job, scholarship, or any specific exam outcome. Official exam notifications, eligibility, syllabus, fees, dates, admit cards, and results must always be verified from the relevant official authority.

4. NimAI and AI-generated assistance

NimAI is designed to help with doubt solving, explanations, revision notes, learning feedback, and exam preparation. AI-generated responses may sometimes be incomplete or inaccurate. You should review answers carefully, cross-check important information, and use official sources for exam forms, result links, legal requirements, and eligibility decisions.

5. Subscriptions, plans, and payments

Paid plans unlock features according to the plan selected at checkout. Prices, duration, limits, coupons, and benefits may vary by plan and may be updated from time to time. Payments are processed through authorised payment partners. A successful payment does not guarantee access if the transaction is later reversed, flagged, or found to be unauthorised.

6. Exam integrity and fair use

You must use ExamsNim honestly. Cheating, automated attempts, answer sharing during live tests, bypassing timers, tampering with results, abusing proctoring checks, scraping data, or attacking the system is prohibited. We may suspend or restrict access if misuse is detected.

7. Content ownership

The ExamsNim platform, software, designs, question workflows, explanations, NimAI outputs, reports, branding, and content structure are protected by intellectual property laws. You may use materials for personal learning only. You may not copy, resell, republish, bulk download, or distribute ExamsNim content without written permission.

8. Service availability

We work to keep ExamsNim stable, but services may be unavailable during maintenance, technical failures, network issues, third-party outages, or security checks. We may update, suspend, or remove features when required for quality, safety, legal compliance, or product improvement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kavagie Smarttech PVT. LTD. is not liable for indirect loss, exam outcome, loss of opportunity, data submitted incorrectly by a user, official authority changes, third-party payment issues, or decisions made solely based on AI or unofficial information.
