Student Use Policy

Effective date: 30 May 2026

This Student Use Policy applies to all users of ExamsNim services operated by Kavagie Smarttech PVT. LTD.. It is designed to protect students, exam integrity, learning content, and platform reliability.

1. Use ExamsNim for genuine learning

• Use your own account and accurate profile details.
• Select the correct board, class, school, subject, competitive exam, or preparation track.
• Attempt tests honestly and review mistakes for learning.
• Use NimAI for explanations, revision, examples, and doubt solving.
• Contact support respectfully when you need help.

2. Prohibited behaviour

• Sharing login credentials, paid access, downloaded materials, or restricted content with unauthorised users.
• Cheating, impersonation, automated test attempts, answer sharing during live exams, or manipulating timers/results.
• Uploading illegal, abusive, hateful, sexually explicit, infringing, misleading, or harmful content.
• Scraping, bulk downloading, reverse engineering, probing, attacking, or bypassing security controls.
• Misusing coupons, payment flows, refunds, free trials, or subscription access.
• Abusing support staff, teachers, admins, other students, or NimAI feedback channels.

3. NimAI usage

NimAI should be used for learning support. Do not use NimAI to generate harmful content, bypass academic honesty rules, create spam, impersonate others, or violate exam authority rules. AI answers should be reviewed and verified for important decisions.

4. Content and downloads

Question papers, explanations, answer keys, notes, reports, result insights, and downloaded materials are provided for personal study. You may not resell, republish, mass distribute, or upload them elsewhere without written permission.

5. Enforcement

If misuse is detected, we may warn the user, restrict features, cancel an attempt, suspend access, remove content, block payment benefits, deny refunds for misuse, or take legal action where required.

6. Reporting misuse

Report account misuse, cheating, security concerns, abusive content, or platform abuse at support@examsnim.com.
